Church Staff
	Geno Colarusso Senior Pastor Geno serves as pastor of Northview Alliance Church. He previously served for 11 years at First Alliance Church in Toledo, Ohio. Geno spent 16 years in the ministry of Youth for Christ; 9 years in Toledo and 7 years in Cleveland. Geno holds a Master’s on Ministry degree from Grace Theological Seminary, Winona Lake, Indiana. He is married to Annette and their boys Sal, Frank and Anthony and his wife Lauren, all enjoy serving in various ministries. Geno enjoys outdoor sports, good conversation and great cooking! He and Annette enjoy meeting people and teaching God’s Word.


	Amy Doerfler Worship Director
	Amy has been leading worship at Northview since October 2008. She served as a church pianist and/or worship director for 12 years previously. Currently, she is pursuing her doctorate in music theory and composition at Kent State University. Amy and her husband, Matt, were married in October of 2005 and have one son, Todd.

	Kathy Dysart Administrative Assistant
	Kathy has served at Northview since 1996. Prior to moving to Wooster she was a graphic artist at Ashland Chemical Company for thirteen years. She took a break to raise their son and also helped her husband with his Graphic Design business. She received a BFA from the Ohio State University. Kathy is married to David and they have one son, Nick, who is a senior at Ashland University.
