Regis Sullivan
Lead Pastor

Regis has provided pastoral leadership at Northview Alliance since 2000, coming to Wooster after a 15-year Evangelical Free Church pastorate in State College, PA.  Prior to being called to pastoral ministry, he spent eleven years in the insurance business and three years with Campus Crusade for Christ.  He received a Master of Divinity degree from The International School of Theology in 1985 to begin his pastoral career.

Regis has been married to Penny for over 40 years, and they work as a team in ministry.  They have two children: Dawn Hagler, residing with her family in Virginia, and Matt, who is married, lives in Colorado, and is working on an MDiv at Denver Seminary.

Mark Carstensen
Associate Pastor

Mark has been with Northview for the past 16 years, serving primarily as pastor to Jr. and Sr. High youth as well as being involved in various other ministries. Prior to coming to Wooster, Mark served four years in Greensboro, North Carolina at Westside Chapel CMA as well as two years at Toccoa Falls College as a Resident Director.

Mark has been married to Jennifer for 23 years, and they work in ministry together. They have three children: Logan who just graduated high school and will attend Crown College in Minnesota in the fall, Austin, who will be a junior at Wooster High School, and Larkin, who will be in 7th grade at Edgewood Middle School in the fall.

Amy Doerfler
Worship Director

Amy has been leading worship at Northview since October 2008.  She served as a church pianist and/or worship director for 12 years previously.  Currently, she is pursuing her doctorate in music theory and composition at Kent State University.

Amy and her husband, Matt, were married in October of 2005 and are eagerly anticipating the arrival of their first child in November.

Kathy Dysart
Part-time Administrative Assistant

Kathy has served at Northview since 1996.  Prior to moving to Wooster she was a graphic artist at Ashland Chemical Company for thirteen years.  She took a break to raise their son and also helped her husband with his Graphic Design business.  She received a BFA from the Ohio State University.
